Reciprocity/Licensure By Endorsement:
Must have 350 hours of instruction (missing hours may be made up in a Minnesota school) and pass written exam. Reciprocity may be granted to currently licensed applicants who pass the Minnesota Board Exam and who have at least 1800 hours of licensed experience within the last three years.
