No examination necessary if you have current license. You must submit an official transcript from your school to verify your hours and
enrollment dates if you have not taken a state board exam. (Florida and Connecticut applicants must take the practical and written exams.)

English only — interpreters, dictionaries, and other translating devices are not allowed.

Must have at least one licensed cosmetologist or manicurist manager present to supervise no more than three licensed personnel; booth renters must also have specific licenses depending on type of salon/spa where space is rented.
